She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Gunter; brothers, Johnny and Richard Gunter; sister, Kristy Green; grandmother, Dorothy Phillips all of Newport; also several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Saturday, September 23, 2006 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Steve Renner and Rev. Roger Phillips officiating. Burial will be 1:00 pm Sunday, September 24, 2006 in Swannsylvania Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Saturday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
