Brenda Redmond, age 64, passed away January 2, 2012. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church in Corryton. Preceded in death by parents Ernest (Jack) and Wilma Brewer; sister Judy Brewer. Survived by husband Fred Redmond; daughter Stephanie Graves; son and daughter-in-law Kelly and Kristi Beeler; step-son and wife Randy and Elena Redmond; step-daughter Fronna Redmond; step-son Freddy Redmond; step-daughter Trisha Lusby; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers and wives Wayne and Lois Brewer, Lynn and Tammy Brewer; aunts; nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service 8:00 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Damon Patterson and Rev. Jerry Vittatoe officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Friday at Graveston Cemetery for 11:00 am interment. Pallbearers will be Joshua Graves, Tony Brewer, Dennis Brewer, Scott Brewer, Matt Brewer, and Freddy Redmond. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Gibbs Ruritan Club, 7827 Tazewell Pike, Corryton, TN 37721 or Clear Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 8518 Thompson School Road, Corryton, TN 37721. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
