Stephen Lloyd Haynes, age 65, of Newport, passed away Friday, August 12, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Jean Haynes and brother, Farley Haynes. He is survived by his wife, Frances Haynes of Newport; daughters, Stacey Evans of Newport, Tracy (Tommy) Cameron; son Scotty (Katrina) Bryant all of Parrottsville; sister Sonja Haynes six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
