He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Lafayette, Ind. Survivors: wife, Gail H. Ownby ; daughter and son-in-law, Paige and Chad Rittenhouse; granddaughter, Allie Rittenhouse; sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Bill Broyles; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7 p.m. Tuesday in Valley Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Harry Mynatt, Rev. Chad Rittenhouse and Rev. Mark Dutton officiating. Interment 11 a.m. Wednesday in Highland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Valley Grove Family Life Center Fund. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Valley Grove Baptist Church.
