Billy Max Ledbetter, 70, of Walland, passed away October 25, 2012. He was the owner and operator of Ledbetter Heating and Air, and a member of West Miller Cove Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ray Ledbetter. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Carolyn Webb Ledbetter; children, Tammy Reeves, Abby and Gary Buchanan and Johnny and Leslie Ledbetter; grandchildren, Jessica Straith, Spencer Buchanan, Randy Reeves, and Bridget Ledbetter; great-grandchildren, Emery and Ian Straith; sisters, Jean Dotson, Joyce Rickard, Marlene and Jim Gamble, Shirley and Tim Martin, Louise and JR Jones, and Cookie and Bill Russell; brother, Charles Ledbetter; and special nephew, Barry Ledbetter. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, October 28, 2012, at West Miller Cove Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Mike White and Rev. Mike Boring officiating. The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to the church. Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
