MCMAHAN , FAYE "MICKEY" MCGUIRE - age 82, of Alcoa, passed away Saturday February 26, 2000 at Baptist Hospital. She was a graduate of Everett High School. She was also a graduate of Knoxville General Hospital School of Nursing. She was a nurse at ALCOA for 37 years. She was a member of the ALCOA 25 year service club. Mrs. McMahan was a member of the First United Church of Alcoa. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Grady Lester and Susan Addilee McGuire; and brother, Verlon Fred McGuire. She is survived by her husband, Carroll "Mac" McMahan of Alcoa; son, John G. McMahan of Alcoa; daughter, Judy McMahan Love of Jonesboro, Ga.; sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Bob Mull; brother and sister-in-law, Guynn and Fannie McGuire; andsister-in-law, Margaret McGuire. Her grandchildren include Mike G. McMahan of Maryville, Craig and Richard Love of Jonesboro, Ga. and Susan McMahan Cormia of Martin and 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends 6:30-8 p.m. Monday at McCammon-Ammons Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Joe Green and Rev. Ken Green officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:15 Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons Funeral Home to proceed to Clarks Grove Cemetery for a 2 p.m. interment service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Building Fund at Alcoa First United Methodist Church, 617 Gilbert St., Alcoa.
