James Robert (Bob) Mull age 87 of Maryville passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Williamburg Villas. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving in World War II. Bob was a graduate of Maryville High School and Captain of the 1942 Maryville High School Football Team. He was a local car salesman for Costner-Eagleton, King Ford and Neil Sandler Ford for many years. Preceded in death by: Wife, Dorothy Jean McGuire Mull; Parents, Hobart C. Mull and Nellie Bivens Mull; Brothers, Vernon Mull and Hoyt Mull; Sister, Ruth Mull Murphy. Survivors include: Sister, Helen Mull Peterson McCammon of Maryville; Sons, Michael Stephen Mull of Louisville, David Vernon Mull of Maryville, and Brian Grady Mull & wife Angela of Harrisburg, NC; Daughters, Janet Mull Nichols & husband David of Louisville, Marilyn Sue Mull of Knoxville, Brenda Mull Loveday of Knoxville, and Linda Mull Berkley of Maryville; Grandchildren, Andrew Mull, Patrick Mull, April Nichols Hawkins & husband Joshua, Jeffery Keith Loveday, McKinley Garrett, Megan and Rebecca Mull; Great-Grandson, Braylon Hawkins; Family friend, Steve Best; several nieces and nephews.
