She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Gracie McGaha, sister Wilma Finchum, brothers Tom and Robert McGaha. Survivors include her daughter Connie Sutton (Rusty) of Newport, son Mike Leatherwood of Hartford, grandchildren Zachary Sutton and Courtney Sutton of Newport, brothers Shannon McGaha (Judy) of Cosby, Junior McGaha of Newport, nieces and nephews Steve Finchum of Talbott, Donna Coggins of Hartford, Shane McGaha of Cosby along with a host of friends.
