Married Elvin Robert Dyer and became loving mother to eight children, three of whom, Freddie, Ray Douglas, and Elvin preceded her in death, as well as parents, Earnest and Mary Irwin and brothers, Kenneth and Earnest. She is survived by daughters and husbands, Teresa and Jim Hill, Claudia and Howard Robertson, Paula and Jim Barger, and son and daughter Steve and Shelia; brother, Roy Lee Erwin and wife, Betty; numerous grand and great grandchildren and many wonderful friends made while walking about Fountain City, where she made her home and that of the pets she loved. Mom will be remembered for her kindness to others, sadly missed by those left behind and eagerly awaited by those she goes to see now, where she will walk once again with her father. The family would like to express a special thank you to Caris Hospice and Hillcrest West 1st floor nursing staff. Family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery Thursday at 12:45 pm for interment service at 1 pm with Rev. Charles Scott officiating.
