Williams, Cecil Lorraine "Toby" – born February 12, 1923 went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Preceded in death by first husband, Dick King; son, Tom King; brother, Ralph Blazier; and sister, Lucille Blazier. Survived by husband, Ken Williams; son and wife, Mike and Eileen King; step-son and wife, Troy and Judy Pat Williams; grandchildren and spouses, Jody and Amy King, Tracy and Bill Powers, Heather and Gary Dunlap, Amy Williams and fiancée Greg Pressley; Great-grandchildren, Taylor and Aubrey King, Kaleigh and Gabriella Powers, Jason Sharp and Ethan Dunlap; sister, Christine Anderson; sister-in-law, Betty Blazier, and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 10:30-11:00am Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Hendron's Chapel United Methodist Church at 8015 Chapman Highway. Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00am with burial in the church cemetery at 11:30am, Pastor Buddy Johnson officiating. Pallbearers will be: Troy Williams, Jody King, Bill Powers, Greg Pressley, Joe Keeble, and Bryan Carrell.
