Preceded in death by parents, John Mitchell and Lillie Manis Baker; brother, Lee Roy Baker; and sister, Edna Ward. Survived by his daughter, Christina Linhart of Walland; daughter and son-in-law, Annette and David Biggar of Friendsville; grandchildren, Kelly Biggar, Emily Simpson, Allison Biggar, John Linhart, Hailey Biggar, and Ben Biggar; great-grandchildren, Arely Simpson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Beulah and Lum Watson of Maryville and Lena and Dan Patty of Friendsville; sister-in-law, Katherine Watson Baker Summey of Vonore; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 8:00 PM Monday, April 20, 2015 at Miller Funeral Home, Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Dallas Moore and Rev. Tom Hatley officiating. Interment service will be held at 10:00 AM , Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Laurel Bank Church Cemetery.
