Callie Beatrice Williams-Lundy was born December 10, 1938 to the late Sammy Williams and Gertrude Sanford Williams in Augus, Texas. She attended both James Guinn and I. M. Terrell High schools in Fort Worth, Texas. She was united in matrimony to William T. Lundy. To this blessed union of fifty four years; three children were born; two sons and one daughter, William W. Lundy, Alonzo T. Lundy and Shelia A Lundy Mahone. Callie was a loving faithful mother and dedicated wife. She was cherished and beloved by her family and by all which truly knew her. Precious eternal memories of a life well lived are her legacy. She was preceded in death by brothers Johnny Williams and Enoch Ealy of Fort Worth, Texas. Surviving sisters are Josephine Williams and Trudy Beal of Fort Worth, Texas; sisters Onetia Houston resides in Dallas, Texas and Queen Esther McCarmick of San Francisco, Calif. She leaves with sincere affection to cherish her memory; relatives Charles and Elsie Houston of Maryville, Wilbur and Dotty Lundy, Roscoe Lundy of Knoxville, Debra Lundy, Carolyn Lundy of Mayville and Alcoa; son-in-law and daughter-in-law Dexter Mahone and Robin Lundy and a host of grandchildren, nephews, nieces and numerous additional loving relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at 12:30 p.m. at St. Paul AME Church, Alcoa with Rev. Fred Harris, officiating. Entombment to follow at Sherwood Gardens, Alcoa. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the church. The body may be viewed after noon Monday at Foothills Funeral Home, Maryville.
