Evelyn was very devoted to her family. Preceded in death by husband, Howard Peavler ; two sisters and one brother. Survivors include children, Ed Peavler and Janice Peavler ; granddaughters, Kristen Hamilton and Kelly White; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Ercie McNeil; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM-8:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, with funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM, Dr. Pat Polis officiating.
