She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Barry and June Snapp of Newport; son, Bill Phillips of Newport; daughter, Vanessa Dunkase of Dandridge; brother, Larry Douglas and wife Doris of Baneberry; sister, Lynda Miller and husband, Chris Hicks of Austin, Texas; grandchildren, Ginger and Eric Naillon; Melissa and Tim Thompson, Candis and Jeff Valentine, Michael and Steven Snapp; four great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Friday, October 24, 2008 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with the Reverend J. D. Sisk officiating, burial will follow in Phillips Cemetery at Open Door Church.
