She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Gladys Fine; one sister, Dean Fine Smelcer of Ohio; one brother, Freddy Fine and her sons, Mike (Moose) Smith and Shawn Smith. She is survived by her sister, Mrs. James A. Parks (Betty) of Parrottsville; brothers, Dealous, Dorsey, Delmer, and Jim Fine all of Newport; grandson, Christopher Smith; several nieces, nephew and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday, May 19, 2006 in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel, with Dr. Charlie Boggan officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday at Manes Funeral Home.
