  [S68] Click Funeral Home, (http://www.clickfuneralhome.com), 27 Aug 2011. David E. Powell, Sr. - age 71 of Lenoir City passed away Saturday, August 27, 2011. He was a member of First Baptist Church Concord. David was owner of Lovell Heights Cleaners. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dwight and Ruby Powell. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ann Powell; children, Jamie Spence and husband, James of Roanoke, VA, David Powell and wife, Tammy, Brad Powell and wife, Angela all of Lenoir City; grandchildren: Megan Powell, Emily Powell, Macy Powell and Maverick Powell; sister, Betty Jones and husband, Billy of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to express a special thanks to doctors and nurses in the Critical Care Unit at Park West Hospital for all their care. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. David Headrick officiating. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Lynnhurst Cemetery in Knoxville for graveside services. Click Funeral Home, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
