HERRON , KENNETH R. - age 74, of Maryville, passed away Sunday morning, December 1, 2002, at the family home. He was a member of Maryville First Christian Church, where he had served as an Elder, Teacher, and Sunday School Superintendent. Veteran of the U. S. Marines. Preceded in death by son, Stan Herron parents, Ivory and Ina Herron brother, Marty Herron sister, Bobbie Johnson, and nephew, Mark Herron . Survivors: wife, Helen Owens Herron daughter, Gail Herron of Knoxville grandchildren, Kristi Hensley and Mason Herron sister and brother-in-law, Margie and Charlie Veal of Maryville brother and sister-in-law, George and Pat Herron of Franklin, Tenn., and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2002, Maryville First Christian Church, Minister David Eubanks, Minister Harold Ray officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Blount Memorial Hospice, 1095 E. Lamar Alexander Pkwy., Maryville, TN 37804, or to the Maryville First Christian Church, 400 S. Court Street, Maryville, TN 37803. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
