She was preceded in death by her husband, Dot Ramsey Sr. She is survived by her sons, Michael Ramsey, of Newport, and Scotty Ramsey, of Dallas, Ga.; step-sons, Buddy Don Ramsey and Dot Ramsey Jr. and wife, Linda, all of Newport; grandchildren, Joe Ramsey, of Johnson City; Elijah Ramsey, of Newport; Michele Fitch and Crystal Ramsey, both of Orlando, Fla.; great-grandchildren, Summer Ramsey, of Johnson City, and Tristan Goodwin, of Orlando, Fla.; step-grandchildren, Rick Long, Randy, Jason, Jarrett Ramsey, and Cecilia Fisher; and several step-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2005, at Manes Funeral Home with the Rev. Tom Mooty officiating, with burial 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 25, 2005, in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday prior to the funeral at Manes Funeral Home. Manes Funeral Home in charge.
