RAINES , CHESTER LEE - age 67, of Ftn. City, passed away Saturday October 20, 2001 at UT Hospital. He attended Parkwest Church and was a retied employee of the University of Tennessee. Preceded in death by son, Brian Mack and a daughter, Teresa Gail. Survived by wife, Maxine Raines ; daughter & son in law, Sherri & David Moore; grandchildren, Whitney & Joshua; brothers, Robert Mack, James Dee, Charles Brewer & Joe Brewer; sister, Charlotte Williams; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8 p.m. Monday Mynatt's Chapel, Rev. E.G. Miller and Rev. Jeremy McGinnis officiating. Family and friends will meet 12 noon Tuesday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for an interment service. Pallbearers: David Emge Billy Campbell, Stuart Mitchell, Johnny Williams, Brad Parker and David McCroskey. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lost Sheep Ministry, P.O. Box 5835 Knoxville, Tenn. 37928. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at Mynatt's.
