Philip was a graduate of Powell High School and served 9 years in the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by father, Richard Tillery. Survived by mother, Peggy (Elliott) Tillery; brother, Mark Tillery; sister, Julie and husband Richard Spore; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. The family will meet Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Woodlawn Cemetery for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service.
