He loved the mountains and being outdoors. Preceded in death by parents, Fred & Bertha Russell; brothers, Wilford, Sam, Albert and infant James Russell; sister, Golda Russell. Survived by nieces and nephews; children of Wilford Russell: Judy, Pat, Steve, Wayne & Joey; children of Sam Russell: Sharon, Linda & Vickie; children of Albert Russell: David, Marsha, Albert, Jr., & Debbie; sisters-in-law: Geneva, Faye & Mollie; a host of other relatives and friends. Services 8 PM Tuesday Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Ellis Hoskins & Rev. Greg Overton officiating. Interment 11 AM Wednesday Butler Cemetery, Oliver Springs. Family will receive friends 6 - 8 PM Tuesday Cross-Smith Funeral Home, LaFollette.
