DUNCAN , DOROTHY MAE - age 76 went to be with the Lord on July 24, 2003 after a short illness. She is preceded in death by her father & mother, Isaac T. & Nellie Henderson Flannigan sister, Ruth brothers, Albert, Howard, Ike, James & John. She has one surviving brother, George Flannigan, Sr. She was a faithful & loving wife to her husband, Roy and a wonderful mother to her children, Gary & Gail. She leaves behind 12 grandchildren: Kevin & wife Elizabeth, Caleb, Daniel, Brent, Preston, Sarah, Luke, Ruebin, John Mark, Rachel, Anna, James and great grandchild, Ethan. She loved her remaining sisters in law, Lucille, Margaret & Ruby Flannigan, Jeannie Duncan brother in law, Walter Duncan . She loved dearly and was loved dearly by her son in law, Eddie DeBusk and daughter in law, Robin Duncan . She also leaves behind many special nieces & nephews & special longtime friends. She also asks that we remember her Adult Four Sunday school class and her love for them. Loving memories and the way she loved her family will be cherished & sorely missed. The family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Berean Bible Church 2329 Prosser Rd. with funeral service at 4 p.m. with Rev. Herbert Jones & Pastor John Stone officiating. Family & friends will meet at the West Adair entrance to Lynnhurst Cemetery 10:15 a.m. Monday July 28, 2003 for interment at 10:30 a.m. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Arrangements by Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel.
