(December 26, 1957 - January 7, 2014) Pamela Gail Spradlin, age 56, of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at UT Medical Center. She loved to fish. She was a phlebotomist for over 30 years and loved helping people. She will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Geneva Coulter Spradlin and brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Penny Spradlin. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Spradlin; son, Matthew Spradlin; grandson, Joshua Cambell; brothers and sisters-in-law, Danny and Christie Spradlin, David and Janet Spradlin, and Ronnie and Debbie Spradlin; sister, Linda Sue Spradlin; uncles and aunts, Bob and Janet Coulter and Lynn and Cathy Coulter; and nieces and nephews, Sarah, Will, April, Shelby, Christopher, Tamara, and Josh. Funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, January 9, 2014, at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Elder Terry Jordan officiating. Family and friends will gather 2:00 PM Friday at Shady Grove Cemetery for the interment.
