"RED" - age 67, of Strawberry Plains, passed away suddenly at home Monday, September 6, 1999. Preceded in death by father, Bennie Stallings . Survived by children and spouses, Marjorie and Alan Harris of Lenoir City, Carolyn and Kenny Jones of New Market, Gregory and Teresa Stallings of Strawberry Plains; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; mother, Ona Lee Hillard; sisters, Rhonda Wiles, Deloris Cannon, all of Strawberry Plains; mother of his children, Lillie Ann Brewer of Strawberry Plains. Funeral service will be 8 p.m. Tuesday at McCarty's Evergreen Chapel with Rev. Ronnie White and Gregory Stallings officiating. Interment service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Pleasant Grove Piney Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tommy Hillard, R.B. Hillard, Jr., Ralph Moore, J.C. Koontz, Clay Fawver, and Buford Stallings .
