He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Ethel Fuller Shook; wife of 59 years, Eula Shook; great-grandchildren, Aleaha McJunkin and Krystal Webber; and sister, Faye Carrol. He is survived by his children, Doris Masingale, Leroy Shook, Sharon Whitaker, and Cynthia Ferguson; grandchildren, Michelle McJunkin, Jason Whitaker, Keith Whitaker, Jubal Shook, Esther Shook, Kevin Lee Galyean, Lisa McKee, and Kathy Galyean; 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet 12:30 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013, at the funeral home to proceed to Clarks Grove Cemetery for a 1 p.m. graveside service.
