He was a member of Bridges Chapel Baptist Church where he served as Sunday School Teacher. He was a wood worker building cabinets for people. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Edens; grandchildren, Christopher Jackson and Taylor Davis; parents, Collis and Donie Davis; and brothers, Charles Berryhill and L.V. Davis. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Davis of Dandridge; son, Randall (Stacie) Davis of Watkinsville, Georgia; daughters, Sandra (Robert) Jackson of Parrottsville; brothers, Bill Davis of Dandridge, Johnny Davis of Sevierville, James Davis of Stockton, California, and Jerry Davis of Morristown; grandchildren, Lisa Price of Newport, Nicholas Edens of Dandridge, and Brian Jackson of Dallas, Texas; great-grandchildren, David and Dakota Price and Gabriella Edens; and several nieces, nephews, church family, and other family and friends. Funeral Services will be at 7:00 pm, Thursday, June 22, 2017 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Suggs and Rev. John Workman officiating. Entombment will be at 11:00 am, Friday, June 23, 2017 in Resthaven Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm on Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
