He was preceded in death by his mother, Deloris Sartin; father, Charles Miller; grandparents, Birthel and Ethel Sartin; and granddaughter, Sidney Spencer. He is survived by his wife, KaylaSartin, Parrottsville; son, Travis (Melinda) Spencer; daughters Leann (Scott) Sartin, and Chrystal Evans all of Newport; sisters, Teresa (Jackie) Bennett of Morristown and Amy (Lee) Ferguson of Gatlinburg; grandchildren, Dillon Spencer, Kenzie Sartin and Haylee Spencer; also other family and friends. A memorial service will be held 7:00 pm Tuesday, February 28, 2012, in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel, with Rev. Doug Messer officiating.
