OGLE, NORMAN W. — age 82, of Clinton, passed away Monday, March 1, 2004 at the family home after a courageous battle with cancer. He served in the business community and was a member of Second Baptist Church where he served as Treasurer & Deacon. He will be greatly missed and will be remembered for his love, kindness, & generosity.
He was preceded in death by parents, Ashley & Maggie Ogle & 7 brothers.
Survivors: wife, Alene Ogle; children, Terry Ogle & wife Brenda, Anne Johnson & husband Kirk, Shirley Cook & husband Sherrill, Larry Ogle & wife Jo Ann, Kathy Shoopman & husband Wimp; grandchildren, Scott Davis, Kristi Stewart, Dana Lemak & husband John Robin Watson & husband Jeff, Kelli & Amanda Shoopman; great grandchildren, Channing & Morgan Watson, Blake Stewart, Elizabeth , Emily & Trey Lemak, Andrew Shoopman.
The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel with Rev. George Williams & Rev. Mike Thompson officiating. The interment will be held 12:00 Noon at Shiloh Memorial Cemetery in Pigeon Forge. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton in charge of all arrangements.
