She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Gibson; mother and father. She is survived by her children, Chris Gibson, of Newport, Mickey Gibson Of Newport, Tony Gibson and wife Sheila of Newport and Terri Buttry and husband Bill of Durham, NC; daughter-in-law, Nancy Gibson of Corryton, TN; sister, Jean Blackmon of Darlington, SC; grandchildren, Rebecca, Julia, Cassidy, Lindsay, Jake, Michelle, Ashley, Leslie and Courtney; and four great-grandchildren; also other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, March 17, 2016 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held 11:00 am Friday, March 18, 2016 in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
