Ledford-Davis engagement
Emily Elizabeth Ledford, daughter of Terry and Debbie Ledford, of Knoxville, is engaged to marry Michael Wayne Davis, son of Kathy Witt and Mike Davis, both of Knoxville, May 7 at Central Baptist Church Bearden, Knoxville.
The future bride is the granddaughter of A.D. and Helen Eggers, of Alcoa, the late Zadia Eggers, and the late Avaleen and Jess Anderson.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mary Sue Witt, of Knoxville, the late Walter Edward Witt, Barbara Davis, of Knoxville, and Jerry and Caroline Davis, of Knoxville.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Bearden High School and the University of Tennessee. She is a human resource account manager for LBMC Employment Partners, Knoxville.
The bridegroom-to-be is a graduate of West High School and attended Pellissippi State Community College. He is an assistant manager for Regal Entertainment, Knoxville.

Davis-Ledford wedding
Emily Elizabeth Ledford, of Knoxville, daughter of Terry and Debbie Ledford, of Knoxville, was united in marriage with Michael Wayne Davis, of Knoxville, son of Kathy Witt and Mike Davis, of Knoxville, May 7 at Central Baptist Church Bearden, Knoxville.
Angela Acker, of Knoxville, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Stacy Bourne, Laura Ellison and Kelly Mainor, all of Knoxville, Allison Clark, of Washington, D.C., and Lauren Mitchell, of New Orleans.
Adam Love was best man. Groomsmen were Wes Collins, Russ Dooling, John Shim and Jason VanDaalwyk, all of Knoxville.
Cade Acker and Hayes Acker, both of Knoxville, were ring bearers. Stefanie Bennett and Julie McClellan, of Knoxville, kept the bride’s books.
A reception hosted by the parents of the bride was held at Club LeConte.
After a wedding trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple are living in Knoxville.
The bride attended East Tennessee State University and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a human resource account manager for LBMC Employment Partners in Knoxville. She is the granddaughter of A.D. and Helen Knox Eggers, of Alcoa, and the late Zadia Eggers.
The bridegroom attended Pellissippi State Community College. He is an assistant manager with Regal Cinemas.
