She was preceded in death by her parents Don Smith and Jo Ann Phillips. Survivors include her husband James Hamilton of the home; sons Wesley (Ashley) Dixon, Chad Hamilton and Chance Hamilton, sister Terrie (George) Bryant. Additional survivors include nephews Jason Bryant and George Bryant, niece Korrie Bryant and brother-in-law Tony Hamilton. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, May 18, 2016 at the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home. Cremation arrangements by Costner-Maloy
