Preceded in death by grandparents, Esley and Mame Clemons , George and Katherine Howard, uncles Fred Clemons and Jerry Carter and aunt, Barbara Curry. He leaves to morn in passing sons, Darren Campbell, DeVonte Edwards and daughter Darlressa Clemons ; father and mother, Hubert and Marjorie Clemons ; brothers, James Bowman, Herbert and Esley Clemons ; sisters, Boundra Bowman, Kim, Vanessa, and Jennie Clemons ; very devoted girlfriend, Trunda Brown; host of aunts and uncles, Vivian (Pearson) Branner, Louise Carter, William (Evelyn) Clemons , Jimmy Clemons , Emanuel (Barbara) Howard; and other family members of the Brinson and Mack families and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 19 from 6-7 p.m. at Greater Warner Tabernacle AME Zion Church (Martin Luther King Avenue). Funeral services to follow at 7:00 p.m., Rev. David Upton officiating, assisted by other ministers. Interment to be held at 10 a.m. Friday morning, Nov. 20 at New Gray Cemetery. The family will assemble at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Clemons , 138 Pickering Street (off Castle Street). Jarnigan and Son Mortuary in charge.
