COULTER , CHARLOTTE RUTH - age 72, of Maryville, passed away Thursday morning, February 28, 2002, at Blount Memorial Hospital. Member of Rockford Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Leonard and Sophia Wilson Woodall; brother-in-law, Frank Tucker. Survivors: loving husband, Ovia W. Coulter ; son, Chris A. Coulter of Alcoa; son and daughter-in-law, David L. and Kathy Coulter of Maryville; grandson, Brian L. Coulter ; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Reva Woodall of Rockford; sister, Pauline Tucker of Maryville, and several nieces and nephews. Special friends, Don, Shirley, and Jeremiah Bolinger. Family and friends will meet at Grandview Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2002, for graveside service and interment, Rev. Russ Maples officiating. Friends may call at their convenience from 11:00 a.m. til 5:00 p.m. Friday and again Saturday from 10:00 a.m. til 2:00 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
