Wanda L. Campbell, age 74, of West Knoxville, passed away Friday, October 1, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center.
Wanda was of the Baptist faith and loved the Lord dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and Harrison Lyons; father of her children, Earl E. Campbell; and brother, Larry Lyons.
She is survived by her son, Steve Campbell and wife, Peggy of Knoxville; daughters, Carolyn Wynn and husband, Paul of Knoxville, Susan Tallent of Lenoir City; seven grandchildren: Stephanie Harris, Angie Tallent, Cary Tallent, Jason Wynn, Amy Coppedge, Matthew and Brittney Dalton; seven great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jean and Arley Lay of Maryville, Sandy and Tommy Miller of Kingston, and Jerry Moneymaker of Powell; brother-in-law, Paul Campbell and wife, Bonnie of Knoxville; sisters-in-law, Alva Campbell of Lenoir City, Gladys Campbell of North Carolina and Clara Lou Campbell of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Saji Eapen and his staff.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday with Funeral services to follow at 8 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Seay officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 10:30 a.m. Monday and proceed to Marietta Church Cemetery for graveside services at 11 a.m.
