BISE, JESSE WILLIAM "BILL" - age 80 of Knoxville, passed away peacefully the morning of October 30, 2012. He was retired from Knoxville Utility Board with over 40 years of service, a member of Central Baptist Church of Fountain City, and was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War. He was a loving husband, wonderful father, and devoted friend. An avid outdoorsman, he loved camping, hunting and golf. Preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Eula Bise; daughter, Deedie Luttrell; sisters, Bonnie Poe and Linda Carr. He is survived by and deeply missed by his wife of 57 years, Ellie; daughters, Robin Addis (Dale), Tracey Bise, Jenny Snodgrass (Beau); grandchildren, Courtney, Katie, Mitch, Casey, Patrick, Molly, Jesse, Mei Grace, Elle, and Jackson; great grandchildren, Molly, Carter, Travis, and Kane; niece, Sandi; and nephews, Paul and Mark; brother-in-law, Bernard Poe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Baptist Church of Ft. City, 5364 N. Broadway, Knoxville, TN 37918 or Alzheimer's Association , 2720 Sutherland Ave., Knoxville, TN 37919. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 pm Thursday in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with a 7:00 pm funeral service to follow with Rev. Ron Mouser officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Friday at Caledonia Cemetery, 708 Graves Rd., Strawberry Plains, TN for the graveside service at 11:00 am.
