CAUDILL , BETTY CLOTFELTER - 79, of Seymour and formerly of Oak Ridge, died Monday, March 21, 2005 at St. Mary's Holston Health and Rehab in Knoxville. She was born July 31, 1925 in Caryville, TN, the daughter of Thomas and Mona Richards Clotfelter. Mrs. Caudill retired from Park West Medical Center, after a career of more than 40 years as a registered nurse. She is a member of Kern Memorial United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by: husband, Hugh Caudill , January 19, 1997. She is survived by: sons, Robert Lee Caudill and wife Paulette of Seymour and Thomas David Caudill of Atlanta brother, Tom R. Clotfelter and wife Betty Jean of Jacksboro sisters, Mary Hannah Henegar of Lafollette, Maude Claiborne and husband J. E., and Ada Lawson and husband Ben all of Knoxville sister-in-law, Mary Grace Howard and husband Arlie of Ohio grandchildren, Kate Caudill and Jessica Caudill and great grandson, Andrew E. Bolger and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 11:00am at Kern Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Mark Flynn officiating. Graveside services are Wednesday at 2:00pm at Oak Ridge Memorial Park in the Garden of the Last Supper. The family asks that any memorials be in the form of contributions to Kern Memorial United Methodist Church, Building Fund, 451 East Tennessee Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
