She was a member of Open Door Church and a foster grandparent at Newport Grammar School, known and loved by all as Granny She was preceded in death by her husband, James Andrew Weatherly; parents, John and Leona Ramey; brothers, John and Tommy Ramey; sisters, Wanda Barker, Joann Ramey two grandchildren, Ronald Jeffery Pearson and Ricky Allen Barker. She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Tommie Doris Weatherly, James and Mary Weatherly; daughters, Rosalee and Gary Pearson of South Carolina, Gloria of the home, Peggy Barker of Maryville, TN, Ella Mae and Hugh Gregg of Newport, Jewell and Lyndon Harvey of Appalachia, VA, Jeanie Bryant of Newport; grandchildren, Darrell Barker, Marcella Grooms, Kim Tompkins, Cindy Ferek, Elizabeth Weatherly, Jimmie Blazer, Joseph Weatherly, Lisa Weatherly, Audrey Harvey and William Harvey; great grandchildren. Justin Barnett, Candace Barnett, Jimmie, Jessica, Joshua, Jollay, Darrah and Drake Barker, Jake Grooms, Holly and Megan Blazer, Paul, Jarred and Zachary Harvey; great-great grandchild, namesake, Kylie Jewel Barnett; several step grandchildren; special son-in-law, Jimmie Blazer; special friend, Marvin Mellon.
