He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his mother Lidia Maples. He is survived by his daughter, LaShea Colson and her husband Tony; father, Elmore Williams; sister, Lois Wilson and husband Conway; brothers, Jerry Williams and wife Brenda, Hollis Williams and wife Jan, Larry Williams wife Peggy; grandchildren, Kiera Jade, Makena Victoria, Aliyah Nyah and Tegan Armani Colson. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 1:30 pm, Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Manes Funeral Home.
