CLIFT, ROGER "BIG DADDY" - 69 of Jacksonville, passed away on January 26th at the Baptist Medical Center South. Roger was born on March 28, 1942 in Knoxville, TN to the late I.C. and Beulah (Williams) Clift. He worked as a Truck Driver, and he was a member of the Franklin Street Baptist Church. Roger is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Clift. Additional survivors include his two sons, Eric Clift (Heather), and Bryan Clift (Charlene); his sister, Shirley Clift; and he was the proud grandfather of his five grandchildren, Geoffrey, Branden, Victoria, Jacob, and Dylan. A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm on Monday, January 30th, with visitation one hour prior to the service in the Franklin Street Baptist Church, 2521 Franklin St., Jacksonville, FL with Pastor Terry Gore officiating. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Roger to the Franklin Street Baptist Church.
