(May 26, 1926 - October 18, 2009) George Henry Clark, age 83, of Maryville, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2009 at his home. He was a member of New Providence Primitive Baptist Church for over 60 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Huffstetler Clark and parents, Walter and Zona Clark. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Robert Sparks of Maryville, Brenda and James Gibson of Seymour, Susan and Joe Swaney of Greenback, Patricia and Malcolm Dial of Maryville, and Deborah Dupes of Maryville; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Graveside service and interment will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at New Providence Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Ronnie Crisp officiating.
