JESSIE, KEITH - age 75, of New Tazewell passed away following a brief illness on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Claiborne County Hospital. Keith was a member of Sugar Grove Baptist Church of New Tazewell. Member of the French Broad Lodge #588 F & AM, Kodak, TN. Retired driver for Purdy Brothers Trucking Company of Loudon, TN. Preceded in death by parents, Elvin and Rosa Campbell Jessie; infant sister, Noami Jean; brothers, Norman, Lynn, Joe and Willis Jessie. survived by wife, Judy Jessie; son, Gary and Pat Jessie of Strawberry plains, TN;Daughters: Victoria Jessie of Newport, TN; Kae and Larry Huffaker; Kimie-Do all of Kodak; R. Jessie and Frankie Tanner of Florence ,SC; Denise and David Gibson of Tazewell, TN; Carla Sellers of Sweetwater; grandchildren,John and Mariah Huffaker, David and Emily Huffaker, Mike Maddron, Bobby Maddron, Lori Beth Maddron, Brittany and Charlie Hall, Chad and Sharon Jessie, Jessica West, Matthew and Brandy Sherrod, Nikki and Seth Adams, Chris and Amanda Jenkins, Eli Brooks, Kori and Drew Edgington and Matthew Gibson, Travis and Heather Gibson. 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; brother, Lowell(Bill) Jessie of Lexington, KY; sisters, Ann Harness of Maynardville, TN; Carol and Cliff Keck of Corryton, TN; sisters-in-laws, Madeline Jessie, Aileen Jessie of New Tazewell and Sis Jessie of Tazewell; and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 18 from 4 - 7 pm at the Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell with Masonic and funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm in the Chapel. Burial in the Fairview Cemetery at 11:00 AM Wed. with Military honors. Rev. Kendall Walker and David Gibson officiating. Singers will be: Stephanie Cole, David Painter, Don & Phyllis Rose and Friends. Pallbearers: grandsons.
