Ralph Roberts, age 87, of Sevierville, left the cares and concerns of this earthly existence and entered into the presence of God and eternal rest after several years of enduring the early stages of Alzheimer's on Thursday, June 8, 2017. He retired from Sevier County Electric System and had been an employee at Dollywood. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Virgie Ailey Roberts; brothers, Clyde Roberts and wife Sarah, and Benny Roberts; sister-in-law, Jean Evelyn Roberts; and his former wife, Ruby Roberts. J. Ralph is survived by his daughter, Charlene Roberts; son, Dennis Roberts and wife, Carolyn; grandchildren, Sonya Freeman and husband, Kevin, William and Lindsay Roberts; great-grandchildren, Kylee and Jackson Freeman; brother, Butler Roberts; sister-in-law, Ola Mae Roberts; and a host of loving extended family members and friends.
