Tracy Sue Gentry, age 40, of Newport, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2010 of Newport, after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband, Rick Gentry; son, Blake Gentry; daughter, Erika Gentry; parents, Jimmy and Sue Townsend; brother Trevor Townsend; sister, Tina Ocampo; mother-in-law and best friend, Carolyn Gentry and father in law, Maurice Gentry; nieces, Aspen Townsend, Alejandra Ocampo; nephews, Malachi Ocampo and Noah Gunnels; sister-in-law, Maureen Gunnels, brother-in-law, Rocky Gentry; special friends, Neci Burkhart, Terry Ball husband of the late Kim Ball, all of Newport; and a host of other friends. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Tuesday, December 21, 2010 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Willie Winter, Rev. James Suggs and Terry Ball officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral. Burial will be 11:00 am Wednesday, December 22, 2010 in Shady Grove Cemetery; pallbearers will be, Alex Suggs, Barry Huffhines, Benji Huffhines, Rocky Gentry, Hunter Crum and Michael Gentry.
