She was preceded in death by her husband James McDaniel; sons, Floyd, Lloyd, Gilford, and James "Jim" McDaniel, and great grandson, Jonathan. Survivors include her daughter, Phyllis (Glenn) Nicely of Blaine; son Jack (Carolyn) McDaniel of Rutledge; several grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7:00 P.M. Saturday, February 26, 2011 in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home with Rev. Avery Turley officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 P.M. on Sunday in Mitchell Springs Cemetery in Rutledge for a 2:00 P.M. graveside service. The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home.
