His parents were James W. Webb and Hettie Elzora Franklin Webb.A Masonic service was at 7 p.m. Monday at Carman Funeral Home in Brown City, Mich. Graveside service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery in Melvin, Mich.
