KINCAID , ROBERT S. "BOB", SR. - age 76 of Knoxville, passed away Friday, October 10 at Parkwest Hospital after a lengthy illness. Bob was a veteran of the US Navy during WW II, a member of Emerald Ave. United Methodist Church, and a Mason. He was a graduate of UT and a teacher at Fulton High School during the 1970's. Later he was a counselor for inmates of the Tenn. Corrections Department. He was preceded in death by Rita "Scotty" Scott, his mother and by Gaston Farris "Bill" Kincaid , his father. He is mourned by his sisters, Betty Catlett and Shirley Wagnon his brother, Farris Kincaid his son and daughter in law, Sam and Janie Kincaid his daughter and son in law, Susan Kincaid and Mike Parish his daughter and son in law, Leslie and Glenn "Bubba" Mays his grandchildren, Rachel, Molly and Hannah Kincaid and Ben and Sam Mays other relatives and friends. Family & friends will meet Tuesday at Tennessee Veterans Cemetery for an 11:30 a.m. graveside service with Rev. Robert Bean officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Knoxville Animal Shelter 6720 Kingston Pike 37919. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Emerald Ave. United Methodist Church.
