David Earl Justice - age 58 of Lenoir City passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, A. J. Justice and Sylvia Davis Justice and brother, James (Jimbo) Silvey. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Tammy Packett Justice; brothers, Steve Justice of Lenoir City and Roger Justice of Clinton; sisters, Jeannie Jesson of Texas, Anita Feazell of Riceville, TN and Jimmene Bach of St. Louis, MO; step brother, J. D. Silvey of Sweetwater; step sisters, Kathy Tucker of Lenoir City and Debbie Campbell of Michigan; several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Memorial services will follow at 7 p. m. with Rev. Ernie Varner officiating. The family request casual wear for the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Click Funeral Home, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
