Mildred Louise Harmon, 80, of Friendsville, passed away October 25, 2010. She was a member of Grace Memorial Baptist Church, and worked at Blount Memorial Hospital for over 41 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Olin Harmon; parents, Andrew and Nula Lee Gentry; and brothers, Frank, Don, and Andrew Gentry Jr. She is survived by her children, Melvin and Janice Stewart Jr. of Louisville and Rick and Deanna Harmon of Friendsville; grandchildren, Paige Clark, Mark Stewart, and Chris Harmon; great-grandson, Corey Clark; brothers and sisters-in-law, Paris and Ann Gentry, and Jerry and Paulette Gentry; and sister, Ann Colvin, all of Maryville. Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at Grace Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Sunderland officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Home to proceed to East Maryville Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11 a.m. graveside service. The family will receive friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Memorial Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Memorial Funeral Home: 610 Washington Street Maryville, TN 37804, to help with funeral expenses.
