Ronnie was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army. He had a special place in the hearts of many in Newport and Cosby and will be sadly missed by family and friends. He spent the last two months in the care of his loving sister, Sandra Raines and special cousins, Patricia Rone and sons Kelvin, Justin and Dylan. Also caring for him were his special cousins Peggy Sue Brandon and Pat Franklin. Those two months with Ronnie were a wonderful gift from God. We were given the opportunity to live with, laugh with, but mostly the opportunity to love him and to be loved by him. For this we are most grateful and feel blessed.
And so I am giving a new commandment to you now—love each other just as much as I love you. Your strong love for each other will prove to the world that you are my disciiples.” Brown Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
