Coy Vineyard - age 83 of Lenoir City passed away Thursday, February 17, 2011. He was a former employee of Johnson City Chemical Co. Coy was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine “Gerry” Vineyard; parents, Jim and Nellie Trout Vineyard; brothers, H. E., Buddy, Calvin and Troy Vineyard, and sister, Mildred Houser. Survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Neal and Linda Vineyard of Lenoir City; grandchildren, Crystal Ward of Loudon, April Freeman and husband, Billy of Lenoir City; 4 great grandchildren, Noah, Valencia, Qwentyn and Kaden; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Click Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Doug Kizer officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 1:30 p.m. Sunday and proceed to Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens for graveside services at 2 p.m. Click Funeral Home, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
